Camping Under the Stars

Join us for a relaxing camping experience surrounded by nature and good company. This outdoor gathering is a great opportunity to disconnect from the busy city, enjoy the fresh air, meet new people, and spend time together around a BBQ and campfire. Participants will camp near nature, share meals, play games, and enjoy a peaceful night under the stars.

Participants are invited to register if they would like to join the camping trip and experience a night outdoors with a friendly group.

Trip Overview

This group camping experience brings together people who enjoy outdoor activities, social gatherings, and exploring nature. The trip includes camping overnight, sharing food, relaxing around the campsite, and spending time connecting with others in a natural environment.

Event Schedule

The trip runs across two days with one overnight stay at the campsite.

Participants will depart in the morning and return the following day in the afternoon.

Participants should arrive early before the departure time to allow enough time to organise travel and group coordination.

Event Guidelines

5. Keep the campsite clean and take all rubbish with you when leaving the area.
6. Participants are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others.
7. The organisers are not liable for any health issues, damage, or injuries that may occur during the event. Participation is at your own risk.
8. Water activities are not part of the organised event. Anyone entering the water does so at their own risk.
9. Build positive friendships and always respect personal boundaries.
10. No refunds are available once a booking has been confirmed and paid.

Event Fee

The participation fee covers campsite booking and shared group items used during the trip.

Shared items may include cooking equipment, fuel, communal food items, drinks, and campsite fees.

Transport Cost

Fuel and travel costs are not included in the event fee. Participants who travel together should contribute to shared fuel or travel expenses.
