Our events are all about staying active, meeting new people, and enjoying Sydney’s beautiful beaches. Expect a relaxed and friendly environment where everyone is encouraged to join in, have fun, and connect.

Coming Alone? No Problem

Most of our attendees come solo, especially for their first event. Our organisers help introduce people and make sure everyone feels included from the start.

What to Bring

Water bottle
Snacks or food (if it’s a BBQ or picnic)
Sunscreen and hat
Towel and spare clothes
Good vibes and positive energy

How Our Events Work

Each event may be slightly different, but here’s a general idea:

Arrive and meet the group
Quick introductions or welcome
Activities begin (games, socialising, etc.)
Breaks for food, drinks, and chats
Wrap up or continue casually depending on the vibe
